This event will be held at their Liberty Station venue, where gardens and water features combine with classic California style to create an atmosphere you won't soon forget. Meet Our Speakers

steve_haaseSteve Haase

Dedicated to customer success since 1977 (okay, maybe only since the mid-2000's), Steve helps eCommerce businesses transform their marketing with HubSpot. An active public speaker, Steve has presented at universities and conferences along the East Coast, including events in Boston, New York City, and Washington, DC.

Haase holds degrees from the University of Rochester's Eastman School of Music (BM), the University of Maryland, College Park (MM), and The Graduate Institute in Milford, CT (MA). Before joining HubSpot, he was a cofounder of the digital marketing agency, ThoughtLead, which specialized in content marketing, creating campaigns for clients such as IBM, Dow ChemicalHaier, and HubSpot.

Prior to ThoughtLead, Steve was a trumpet instrumentalist with the US Navy Band in Washington, DC where he performed at concerts and ceremonies throughout the DC area and around the country, including the inauguration of President Bush and the funeral of President Reagan.

Melodie Tao, also known as Marketing Melodie is a seasoned Marketing professional with over 11 years of experience. She began her career in traditional marketing through radio advertising, then transitioning into online marketing. As a Marketing Consultant and Educator, Melodie’s mission is to teach and inspire business owners and entrepreneurs to grow their business through digital marketing and social media. Melodie also teaches Interactive Marketing classes at National University.

Melodie has been invited to speak at conferences and workshops across the nation, in Asia and the Middle East to educate audiences on social media.
